As the Founder and President of Morris Nathanson Design, Mr. Nathanson brings a legacy of over 50 years in the Interior Design field and over 40 years as a businessman and entrepreneur to every issue affecting his namesake company.
For the first ten years of his career, Morris worked for the Rhode Island based Paramount Restaurant Supply Co., developing such landmark concepts as Dunkin’ Donuts, while helping to pioneer the field of restaurant and hospitality design. When Morris Nathanson opened his own office in 1967, he continued his focus on the Hospitality field.
From the very early days of his firm, Morris has helped to train and develop scores of talented Designers, Project Managers and Production staff. This ability to recognize and grow talent, coupled with his deep understanding of the entrepreneurial needs of his clients, has been at the core of his success.

This interest in adaptive reuse has lead directly to his involvement in developing an Arts community in Pawtucket, his beloved hometown.
