Morris Nathanson, ASID founded his company in 1967, and for over 40 years, has developed and guided the firm to a position of preeminence in the field of hospitality design.

Our design philosophy is really a business philosophy, which is to help our Clients realize their vision. Our designs are not driven by egos or a reaction to the "trend of the day". Our designs are carefully crafted solutions that have one goal in mind: Success for our Clients.

Our commitment to understanding the entrepreneurial needs of our clients, and our ability to respond with exciting and creative solutions that respect the cost concerns and time constraints of the project have resulted in an outstanding reputation for our firm, and an impressive roster of clients.

Our staff includes a full compliment of designers, project managers, CAD technicians and specification writers who work as a team to develop each project from conceptual design through the final punch list. Besides our own staff, MND has a wide network of allied design professionals (including architects, engineers and graphic designers), and fine artists to draw upon for their specialized services.

MND is also unique amongst design firms in that it is a multi-generational family business, with Morris’ son Josh assuming his role as Senior Designer in the firm. His vision for the future of Morris Nathanson Design remains firmly tied to Morris’ guiding principle that success for MND means success for its clients.
